Customer satisfaction is something necessary for all companies because satisfied customers have huge effect on actualization of a company's goals(like sales, profits etc.) If a person is happy with your products or services he/she will more likely buy more and be one of your loyal customers.This means he/she will prefer your products instead of the other ones, follow your new products and say something really good about you.(Positive word of mouth) He/she will become a part of your company. We can say that customers are one of the pieces of an organization. You always need a satisfied/happy customer.If you don't have them, there will always be a missing piece of your puzzle.
