She chose a picture that explains dissatisfied customer's effects on the other people. She explained the picture in a good way by using, for example, statistics. (According to Blackshaw, while satisfied customers tell 3 friends their experiences, dissatisfied ones tell 3000!) Also, she explained some new concepts like negative word of mouth and customer life time value.

This one of most creative pictures chosen for the customer satisfaction assignment. Puppet is a good comparison. Customers are like puppets and they have a direct effect on the other people and companies too.

The picture is quiete good.It explains how people's wants, preferences, needs and emotions can be changed.All people have different emotions so while one people like a product the other may not. Customer satisfaction isn't something easy to do.
